The village is replete with replicas of Colonial Williamsburg VA homes, a church, stables, barns, gardens, a Tavern/Inn, Post Office and shops. The Colonial buildings are the most period perfect in the U.S. All trim, hardware, handmade windows and glass, floors, moldings, fireplaces and even each color, size and number of bricks for the façades were painstakingly re-created over a 10-year construction period.
The Property is situated perfectly on Blue Ridge Drive on the main road. Downtown Blue Ridge is only .3 miles away. Flat with easy ingress – egress, single and three phase power and parking.
Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport is only 98 miles to our south.

Wythe Estate Home and Grounds
The focal point of this Property is the Wythe mansion including its out-buildings, farm and formal gardens. Various stores, period post office, stand-alone shops, restaurant, guest quarters, caretaker cottages, pigeon house, barns, spa, shops, a lake (Sugar Lake) and a stream (Sugar Creek) with a 5’ picturesque waterfall.
Wythe Estate Home
The Wythe Estate is the most notable home in Williamsburg VA. The Wythe estate home, farm, formal gardens, stables kitchen building, caretaker’s cottage and other structures which are exact replicas of the original 1700’s Wythe estate. George Wythe was a VA signor of the Declaration of Independence and Thomas Jefferson’s law professor. The interior is period correct other than bathrooms and a catering kitchen deftly tucked away. Second Floor: 2-bedroom suites and dressing area. One double suite is designed for the Bride and Bride’s Maids ultimate experience and one double suite for the Bride’s family and guests.
Daylight Subterranean Suite: To be rehabbed: 2,000 SF with a luxury apartment, entertaining area with 20’ bar, humidor, wine cellar, wall sized HD television and pool table.
Formal English Gardens
The lush formal garden contains formal box wood hedges and topiaries. The area gets an entire makeover so as to create a formal English garden with bursts of color for a dynamic back drop.
Orchard Pavilion (to be built)
This is the main wedding & reception venue that is off to the side away from the home and formal gardens. A semi-permanent heated and cooled tent of 40’X160’, with space for 300 people, will include chandeliers and decorative lighting.
Kitchen Cottage: Two story cottages with two bedrooms and two massive 17th century cooking fireplaces. Herringbone brick flooring on the main floor. Loft views of the formal gardens and the pristine woodlands.
Caretaker’s Cottage: Two story cottages with two bedrooms, brick floor main floor with a massive fireplace. Views of the formal flower gardens and lake.
Farm Area: Located behind the formal gardens where we raise organic and rare foul including pheasants, turkeys, pigeons, an emu, a pair of peacocks, chickens, bee hives and more.
Main Street is roughly 1/4 mile long with pea gravel streets, white fences and period buildings.
Existing Historic Town Center
75-90 Person Historic Chapel – Existing on property, this richly appointed historically inspired church with reflecting gardens and two antique bells. The 125 lb. bell rings in each hour and the special 250 lb. wedding bell to celebrate a couple’s union in marriage.
A semi-permanent heated and cooled tent with seating for 150 will be added for wedding reception area tucked behind the church and out of sight. A formal English courtyard runs along the side of the church. There will be seating 90 persons and standing reception for 150 (Tenting, to be added)
From the Wetherburn’s Tavern to the Chapel is historic main street walking area with service truck and car parking tucked discretely behind the buildings and out of sight.
Wetherburn’s Tavern is an exact replica of the Williamsburg famed Tavern and Inn. The 3,000 SF building includes an upstairs level with 4 guest rooms with fireplaces. Two modern baths were added. The basement will include a gym, movie room, bar and also sleeps 8.
The existing Lion and unicorn 600 sf building is a unique period shop on Main Street.
The existing Post Office 400 sf building will be renovated into a unique shop
Two more 800 SF free standing shops will be constructed over the next few years.
Greystone Manor is a period two story home with 4-bedrooms, modern kitchen and baths.
Pasture area and barns for two horses and our Irish rare Dexter cattle for organic cheese and mike; the horses will be used for the wedding carriage and trail rides. The stables and barn are historic with a blacksmith shop,
