The seventh annual Battle for the Brain, the beloved lip sync competition that raises funds for Emory’s Goizueta Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, will take place Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, at the Coca-Cola Roxy at the Battery. This year’s event goal is $1,500,000 and the event organizers expect another sold out audience of over 1,500. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.
Hosted by Daughters Against Alzheimer’s (DAA), the live performance, live voting charity event is a high-energy team competition among Atlanta’s leading companies, artists, athletes, and entertainers and will also include a live auction. Over the past seven years, Battle for the Brain has become known as one of the most FUN fundraisers in town, pulling together some of the most recognized companies and sponsors in the Greater Atlanta area for a magical and entertaining evening. The 2024 lip sync teams include The Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders, Delta Air Lines, Dorsey Alston Realtors, Fitness Influencers ATL, Miller Zell, Morgan Stanley, RCG Ventures, Ryder, Steve Penley and the SEEiT Choir, Tootsies and Wesley Franklin and Stronger Together.
The signature event of DAA, Battle for the Brain has raised almost $4,000,000 since 2017 to support medical research relating to Alzheimer’s and dementia at Emory’s Goizueta Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center.

An online silent auction and raffle will be held in January 2024 prior to the live event. INOLA Blue Ridge is proud to have offered a stay at Wetherburn Tavern to the auction.
The event in its entirety will be available via LIVESTREAM at no charge and the link will be available on the website a few days prior to the event. Watch parties are encouraged as our livestream audience may still participate in the fun of the evening including live voting and the Fund Our Mission raise. Bidding for the live auction is only available to in-person attendees.
