Day-of or day before rehearsals allowed and will be scheduled by the venue or wedding planner. If you book the Platinum Package or overnight accommodations you may rehearse the evening before. This frees up your evening prior, allows for everyone to be in-town, and to rehearse at the correct site based on that day’s weather. Rehearsing typically takes 20-30 minutes, so there’s more time for photos and relaxing throughout the wedding day.
What time do you suggest we start the ceremony?

Since we host one event per day, our fee structure remains the same whether you hold your ceremony on or off-site.

We’ll need your final guest count and floor plan 10 days prior to your wedding.

Our Preferred Vendor list are professionals that have all worked at the venue and have a proven high quality of service and products. You may choose a vendor group not on our list if we approve them in writing and there will be a 10% additional fee due to the venue over what that vendor charges you. We have learned that not using our Preferred Vendors often leads to miscommunication added stress. We discourage but understand and will try to accommodate your needs.
May we leave vehicles, rentals, personal belongings, etc until the next day?
To ensure we can properly clean and prepare the venue for the next event, all items and vehicles must be removed from the venue the night of your wedding for all packages other than Platinum which allows Sunday removal up to 2pm.
